Dr. Austin Rees has an extensive background in elite-level soccer, having played at the academy level during his youth and later competing at the varsity level for Dalhousie University. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie, where he was recognized as a varsity All-Canadian athlete.
Before pursuing further studies, Dr. Rees worked as a personal trainer, honing his skills in strength and conditioning. He then attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, obtaining his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, and was subsequently accepted into the Chiropractic Sports Sciences Residency Program. Currently, Dr. Rees is completing a Master’s Degree in Sports Sciences at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Rees’ treatment philosophy centers on alleviating symptoms while rehabilitating movement patterns to enhance athletic resilience and performance.
